The Upward Trend Foundation is a 501-(3)(c) established in 2021 to raise funds to help eliminate out-of-pocket costs for families who are seeking private education for their students with special needs.

Caring for a child with special needs can be overwhelming—and expensive. That’s why the Upward Trend Foundation offers scholarships to help families in Volusia County access evidence-based services like:
- specialized educaiton
- ABA therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Music Therapy
- Physical & Occupational therapy
Our goal is simple: to make high-quality, evidence-based services more accessible to families—no matter your income.
Please note: the provider you plan to use must complete the Provider Information section of the application before submission. Applications are due by July 31st and Janary 31st!

UTF Funding can be applied to any evidence based service your child medically needs.
